Folding evacuation stretcher
The A1/A1-1 slot sprayer creates a vertical water curtain to protect firefighters and equipment from thermal exposure.
- versions: terminal A1 and pass-through A1-1;
- fan angle - 160°;
- curtain - not less than 6.0/22 m;
- working pressure - 0.4–0.7 MPa;
- body material - aluminum.
Slotted sprayer barrel A1 and A1-1
The slot nozzle is designed to create a protective water curtain in the form of a vertical fan-shaped spray. This solution is used for group protection of firefighting personnel and equipment when working in areas with high thermal radiation.
The water screen allows firefighters to approach the fire zone at a safe distance, increasing the effectiveness of firefighting efforts. The sprayer can also be used to respond to emergencies involving spills of highly toxic substances or the release of their vapors.
Purpose and features of application
A finely dispersed water curtain covers the evaporation zone, promotes the precipitation and neutralization of hazardous substances, and reduces the impact of heat flow on people and equipment.
Design and execution options
The slot sprayer is designed to form a uniform fan-shaped stream through a slot opening. The water flow is distributed across the protective curtain, creating a stable water screen.
Type A1 is used as a final slot sprayer in a hose line.
Type A1-1 is used as a pass-through slot sprayer and allows connection of additional line elements.
Combining A1 and A1-1 type nozzles allows for the installation of multiple slot nozzles in a single hose line. The recommended number is no more than three. This configuration allows for increased water curtain length or the creation of a protective screen with the required angles.

Strength and tightness
The slot sprayer body is designed to maintain strength and seal at hydraulic pressures 1.5 times higher than the operating pressure. The connections remain sealed at operating pressure.
Advantages
Uniform distribution of water helps to form a stable protective curtain over the entire working area.
Two design options allow the sprayer to be used as an end or pass-through element of a hose line.
The compact design makes it easy to place the product as part of a fire-fighting equipment set.
