The firefighter's balaclava is designed to protect the head, face, and neck from high temperatures and open flames. It is used in conjunction with the firefighter's protective clothing.

Design
The balaclava is made of fire-resistant and heat-resistant knitted fabric based on aramid, para-aramid and antistatic fibers.
A form-fitting design with a one-piece cape that provides protection for the head, face and neck.
The front and back panels have stitched darts for a comfortable fit. A mesh ventilation insert may be included in the back area.
The front neckline is finished with a binding made from the main fabric. The hem is finished with a serged edge.
