The Portasteele® CALCULATOR is the ideal complement to Portalevel® technology for those wishing to convert liquid height to agent mass and export reports to clients.
P/N: CALC-007The Portasteele® CALCULATOR provides a quick and easy method for calculating the agent mass from the liquid level of any agent. By simply entering the cylinder dimensions, agent type, temperature and liquid level, the instrument will instantly calculate the exact agent mass inside the cylinder to within 1%. All data is pre-loaded onto the device, so no manual calculation is required by the operator. This can be particularly useful for companies testing a wide range of different cylinders or when entering into new service contracts.
When used in conjunction with Portalevel® technology, the Portasteele® CALCULATOR can log and record the results of each cylinder tested. The unit then produces a comprehensive report of all results, time stamped, showing the exact amount of agent in each cylinder, the deviation of the agent weight from the estimated fill weight and highlighting those cylinders that are underfilled and require attention. This record can then also be provided to the customer, providing a key service benefit or providing a simple internal record of testing.
All cylinders with different agents, manufacturers or sizes can be loaded into the device and data for all common extinguishing agents is preloaded.Specification
