When hazardous liquids leak from tanks, rail or road tanks, or pipelines, time is of the essence. The air cushions can be quickly inflated with air using a foot pump and put into working condition. The sealing cushions have four openings around the perimeter for tensioning belts (included in the kit). The belts are equipped with tensioning mechanisms that allow the cushion to be securely fastened to the sealed surface.
