Purpose
The ROCNIK TURBOMATIC manual, normal pressure, shut-off, universal, combined fire nozzle is designed to form and direct a solid stream, a sprayed stream and create a water curtain, and with a foam nozzle, medium expansion foam.
Foam nozzles (NASTAVEK ZA PENO) can be supplied complete with the barrel or separately from it.
The model features a rotating turbulator that creates an effective spray jet and water curtain.
The flow rate is adjustable at 100, 200, 300 and 400 l/min at operating pressure. With foam nozzles, the nozzle operates at a capacity of 200 l/min. For available operating modes, see the documentation for this product.

Features of the Rochik Turbomatic fire nozzle
- Water flow rate on the nozzle of 100 l/min (1.7 l/sec), 200 l/min (3.3 l/sec), 300 l/min (5.0 l/sec) and 400 l/min (6.7 l/sec) is set by rotating the plastic ring with the specified digital flow rates applied to it; The possibility of stepless change of the jet type from solid to sprayed by rotating the nozzle bumper made of heat-resistant rubber. The bumper ring has informative indicators indicating the type of water jet. The spray jet torch angle range is from 0°-120°. To connect the GR-50 fire pressure hose to the nozzle, a rotating coupling head of the appropriate type and diameter is installed on the nozzle. The shut-off valve for water and air-mechanical foam supply is opened and closed by means of a rubber-coated handle located in the vertical plane of the barrel and moving towards the barrel bumper and the connecting head. The said handle also serves for smooth flow control. The handle has informative indicators indicating the direction of opening and closing the shut-off valve. The said handle is 110 mm wide to allow working with the barrel in a firefighter's glove or gauntlet. To form a spray stream and a water curtain, the barrel is equipped with a toothed rotating turbine (turbulator) in the end part of the bumper. The barrel is equipped with a comfortable handle, by means of which it should be held in the hand of a firefighter or rescuer. The handle is made of aluminum alloy and covered with rubber with four recesses for reliable fixation with the fingers. The barrel handle is removable for the purpose of its replacement and reduction of the overall dimensions of the barrel during transportation. The barrel is equipped with a fastening (in the form of a thread) in the front part of the bumper for the possibility of connecting a foam nozzle to the barrel to obtain medium expansion foam. The barrel and foam nozzle are made of aluminum; the barrel body is anodized. The barrel length is 270 mm (with a foam nozzle - 640 mm), the barrel height is 250 mm (with a handle), the barrel weight is 2.15 kg (with a foam nozzle - 2.75 kg). The length of the foam nozzle is 385 mm, the diameter of the flow section is 45 mm, the weight is 0.6 kg. The barrel is manufactured in the UHL climatic version, category 1.1 according to GOST 15150. The full service life is 10 years.
