Purpose
The NT-GDZS guide rope (hereinafter referred to as the product) is intended to equip units of the gas and smoke protection service (GDZS) in order to improve their work safety when solving operational and tactical tasks in conditions of limited visibility during combat operations to extinguish fires and conduct emergency rescue operations.
Improving occupational safety when using the Product is achieved by facilitating orientation in a smoke-filled space, preventing cases of unwanted (involuntary) separation of a firefighter from a fire extinguishing team, ensuring the exit of fire extinguishing teams from the fire site, and evacuating people in the event of a fire.

Device
- The NT-GDZS guide (track) rope is a textile rope consisting of an aramid core in a textile braid with a total diameter of 5.0 mm, packed in a bag. The ends of the rope are secured in thimbles with snap hooks. The length of the rope is 50 meters. A thread with a fluorescent effect is woven along the entire length of the rope and bright yellow-green beacons are installed. The bag is a textile container that can be worn on the shoulder, belt or leg with fastening by means of belts. The bag is designed for packing and carrying the guide rope. The bag has an opening through which the rope, secured at the safety post, unwinds freely when the GDZS link moves, without interfering with movement. Inside the bag there is a loop for fixing the second end of the rope by means of a snap hook. On the front side of the bag there is a patch pocket for placing a set of keys for connecting additional guide cables NT-GDZS. Carabiner - a connecting element for securing the guide cable. Beacon - a structural elliptical thickening on the guide cable, made of plastic materials. Beacons are placed along the entire length of the guide cable in groups of 3 + 1, which facilitates orientation in conditions of limited visibility.
