Design

The shell is made of flame-retardant PA 6.6 polyamide reinforced with fiberglass, which guarantees high mechanical and thermal resistance. The chin straps are made of polyamide. The elements of the internal equipment that contact the user's head are made of genuine leather, the shock-absorbing insert is made of foamed polyurethane. To ensure a stable position of the helmet on the user's head, a support band with adjustable wearing height and smooth adjustment of the head circumference within 54-62 cm (possibly 52-64 cm) is used.

The helmets are available in 5 colors: black, beige, green, red and yellow. They are equipped with a retractable face shield and glasses made by casting from polycarbonate, which is resistant to high temperatures, fire and chemicals.

The helmet can be additionally equipped with

• individual flashlight; flashlight mount; face shield with infrared filter with gold outer coating; capes: aluminized.

The mandatory delivery set includes:

- complete helmet (including one cape, goggles and breathing apparatus mask holders);
- operating manual combined with a passport;
- individual packaging (bag or package).

The firefighter's helmet consists of a body, internal equipment, face shield, glasses, chin strap, fastening elements for an individual flashlight and a breathing apparatus mask, and a cape. The internal equipment of the helmet serves to ensure safety at work and wearing comfort. It allows the following adjustments to be made: adjusting the height of wearing the helmet, adjusting the angle of wearing the helmet on the head, ensuring the correct position of the helmet and the distance of the face shield from the face, adjusting the length of the circumference of the main belt according to the size of the head, adjusting the length of the chin strap, changing the position of the chin strap, adjusting the fastening of the net to the main belt.

The face shield is raised and lowered by grasping the visor and pulling it up or down, respectively. The glasses are raised and lowered using the glasses position change levers, moving them up or down, respectively. If any one element of the internal fittings is damaged, it may be replaced with a similar element manufactured by the manufacturer.

The weight of the helmet (without cape and without additional equipment) is up to 1600 g.

The manufacturer provides a 12-month warranty on the helmet from the date of sale. The service life of the helmet is 5 years from the date of commissioning.
