The firefighter's helmet (hereinafter referred to as the helmet or SHKPS) is an individual means of protecting the human head, neck and face from mechanical and thermal impacts, aggressive environments, surface-active substances (SAS) during fire extinguishing and emergency rescue operations, as well as from adverse climatic impacts. SHKPS retains its protective and operational properties in the temperature range determined by climatic impact from minus 40 to 50 °C.
The product includes: body, internal equipment, chin strap, face shield, face shield rotating and locking device, cape. The helmet design allows replacing faulty components with serviceable ones.
Technical specifications:
SHKPS is resistant to temperatures of 150° for 30 minutes and 200°C for 3 minutes. SHKPS protects against impact loads, punctures and electric current at voltages up to 400 V.
The design of the internal equipment provides adjustment for head size from 54 to 62.
The weight of the SHKPS allows the use of an insulating balaclava.
The mass of the assembled SHKPS is no more than 1500 g.
The SHKPS helmet can be equipped with an individual rechargeable flashlight complete with a charger and a mount for the flashlight, located on the left or/and right side of the helmet.
